Too much Turquoise
So sorry if the photos are a bit grainy (especially the portrait photos in this post), I'm still having a hard time when it comes to ~*night photography*~ anyway, this is what I wore yesterday. I especially love the setting because it looks like an abandoned warehouse when really it's a grocery parking lot :)
Thank you Butingtings for sending me a lot of accessories, including this elegant turquoise necklace! It matches my (also) turquoise colored rings and earrings (as seen on this post). The necklace looks very classic and eye-catching so, you guys have to wait for Butingting's next collection on Facebook... and you just might have a necklace like the one I'm wearing.
I wore a basic outfit and I just add a statement necklace to spice it up. I got this little black tube dress from Fashion Fruit last week with my very first mullet skirt (which I'm going to wear real soon). I've always wanted a classic little black dress that I can mix and match with anything in my closet and so, I want to thank Fashion Fruit for sending me this! And also, I finally got an acid washed denim jacket that I can pair up with my dresses, it's such a great find because jackets like these almost 1k pesos in the shopping malls but I got it in a very low price!

i think you are doing very nicely with your nighttime photography. having less light means sacrificing clarity. when you increase the ISO you are making the chip on your DSLR more sensitive, which adds more grain. you are always in a play between your ISO, shutter speed and aperture. you can decrease your ISO but then you will need to increase your shutter speed. this is fine for still objects like buildings when your camera is on a tripod, but even if your camera is perfectly still, it is difficult to have a very long shutterspeed and a clear photo of a person because they will inevitably shake a bit. grain can also be a really lovely artistic element though, and is not always bad! anyway, cute photos, you are adorable and i loooove that necklace. thanks so much for stopping by my blog and follow back if you want to!
