Harry Potter Studios in Leavesden

This is a photo diary from my Harry Potter studio tour in Leavesden last May 30, 2013 (yep, it was almost two months ago!). I took a lot photos that day so, it was pretty hard to sum them up and make this post as short as possible. We booked the tour on the first week of May and I was really excited about it so I had to browse random blogs and take a look on what would I see on the studio and so, I wanted to do the same and decided to make this post to help future visitors of the studio have a sneak peek photo tour.

This is our ride to the Harry Potter Studio! It's so awesome to ride a special Harry Potter themed bus with a luxurious interior and don't be suprised if there are kids or even adults wearing costumes or riding Harry Potter books on the way to the studios because it's very normal for all Potterheads.

The first thing you're going to see on the studio is the Weasley's car along with huge posters of the casts and as you wait on the entrance, you will get the chance to see Harry Potter's cupboard room. It's so small, I can't believe Daniel Radcliffe actually fit on that room!

It felt so surreal when the huge door to the Great Hall opened! It was like you are actually on Hogwarts with the Professors on the stage to greet you and wait for you as you get sorted. There's going to be a tour guide until you reach the Great Hall so, if you want some amazing facts and trivia better listen to him/her hahaha!

Some amazing stuff on the studio are actual props and costumes they actually used on the movie. They've got interactive activities too that can also be a souvenir for all the HP fans out there! We tried the broom flying all around London and it was pretty fun! You can watch a few seconds of that clip here.

Definitely my favorite part of the tour was drinking Butter beer! And oh man, it's very delicious and I always thought it tastes like beer and that's not going to be a good thing because I don't drink beer but I was so wrong, it tastes like soda combined with a White Rabbit candy (only in the PH lol). Yummy!

The most picture-esque part for me was the Diagon Alley! I wished there's just a few people around so that I could've taken my outfit post there hahahaha! I especially love the idea that the Weasley store is the most eye catching shop. Way to go twins!

The last section for the tour is the wand room, I managed to spot Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson's names... if you have more time, find all the main characters wands and I'm sure at the end of the day it's gonna be a big accomplishment from surviving headache hahaha!

At the end of the tour, there's going to be a souvenir shop with loads of Harry Potter items. I got myself a magic mug which means if you fill it up with hot water, footprints will appear on the mug's design. Way too cool! But just remember, bring all your savings with you because the items there are pretty much expensive hahaha but don't worry, the experience was worth it! I hope this post made you feel giddy and excited on visiting the finest Harry Potter studio in London.
