Galaxy Defenders, Stay Forever! + Next Press Day AW13

I'm obviously having a hard time publishing my pending blog posts because of my internship but anyway, I have to finish them up since I'm already receiving packages from shops that needs to be reviewed and posted right away! So this post is all about a blogger event that I attended last May 22 which is for Next's Press Day for AW13.


 
After I visited Corinthia hotel for my boss' meeting and managed to tour around the hotel and see the lavish suites (which includes Beyonce and Rihanna's favorite room everytime they visit London), I headed to The Vinyl Factory to take a sneek peak of Next's Autumn & Winter Collection 2013. It's so awesome that I had the chance to be able to attend an international blogger event while I had my vacation in London.


And without any doubt, the Press Day was amazing --- from how nice the people are in the registration, to how they managed to make it in a such a cool place, all the smiley people taking photos of every piece on the collection (*cough* mostly bloggers hahaha!) and the activities that made it so much fun.



Before I begin with my actual event post, here's the outfit that I wore on that day! At that time, I was listening to McFly's Stargirl all week long and because I brought my galaxy top with me in London, I managed to do a "Stargirl" inspired outfit.


Some fun activities on the event were interacting with other bloggers/media and having the chance to have your first nail polish ever hahahaha... yep, this was my first one! I picked out this opportunity to have my first nail polish since it was such a memorable event and I wanted to keep it that way and so, everytime my friends started to bug me when did I ever started applying polish on my nails... the answer is when I attended an event in London hahaha!


Another fun thing about being a blogger? Getting an access pass on the "blogger's snug" where bloggers hang out, chat, eat delicious desserts and how can you even forget? Blog because there's free wifi! A blogger's gotta do her work whenever there's wifi (ex. check e-mails, approve comments, draft posts etc.).



My favorite part of all is the "Next: Home", I love how they managed to combine every stuff from their collection and make it into a one themed space. I wish I can bring all of these here in the Philippines, our house would be 10x amazing!



I wish there would be a Next store here in the Philippines soon because all of their stuff are absolutely amazing. And also, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Ellie for inviting me and for being so lovely, it was such a great experience and I had a great time! And to Betty for being so nice to be on this souvenir photo, wish I could've chatted longer with you two though :(  Thank you girls!


I promised myself not to leave London until I get the chance to shoot on one of the famous telephone booths around the city and so, here it is... just the perfect one near our flat and St. Mary's Hospital (where Kate Middleton gave birth)!
