In London, In Love

Finally back in London after 8 long years! Arrived here yesterday and was welcomed with a minus degree weather and a little bit of snow, it could've been better if I was wearing warmers instead of opaque tights to keep me warm haha! Anyway, today we went to my favorite place here --- Oxford street and did a little bit of shopping and then went to Regents Park to take some photos.



The neighbourhood's architecture reminds me of Peter Pan, it's like walking on a time capsule... not to mention the famous Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes museum is just a few blocks away from our flat. It's kind of legendary, I should say.



Everywhere I go is picturesque and this includes even the subway station and the small pretty flower shop inside it. How can we not have this kind of station in the Philippines? I bet I could take outfit photos inside if we have it hahaha!



The nearest park from our flat is the Regent's Park and this is the view that will welcome you as you enter the park. It looks so peaceful and there's just a few people passing by that doesn't even care even if you take photos nonstop. Just like what I did hahaha!


This is the outfit that I wore today, I have 3 layers of sweater and that wasn't even enough to keep me really warm. Even though Mr. Sun was nowhere to be seen and it was just a quick shoot because it was freezing col , the photos turned lovelier than what I expected.



Black is probably the most used color of a coat that you will see when you walk around the city of London, but a black with a hint of cheetah print on it's collar? Well, adding a detail is something that makes someone different from the others especially with a classic trench coat.


I can't really show you the whole dress since I couldn't take the cold weather when we shoot this so I just opened my jackets... this lasted for only about 20 seconds and then, I was back into the normal closed coat outfit. Honestly, this dress which I got a few months ago originally came here in the UK (from Popcouture) and now it's back from it's origin hahaha! The famous, Victoria Beckham and Rochelle Humes from The Saturdays were seen wearing a similar dress like this.



Before I left the Philippines, got a little hair (re)makeover from Azta Urban Salon and decided that I should get an ombre hair again (mine is sort of an ombre highlights). Thanks to the Azta Urban Salon ATC branch and Ms. Meg for letting me have the perfect ombre hair (again!).



Who said I can't have bows even in a cold weather? This beanie that I borrowed from my grandma is definitely my style! It makes me feel warm and also it turns out to be the most helpful accessory ever during this time.


And that ends my first tourist-y day in London, I brought all the sponsored clothes that I haven't been able to shoot in the Philippines so expect more blog posts soon. I just wish it will be warmer in the next few days so we can walk around all day long. Goodnight from the land of two-decker buses!
