M y friends would ask me why I always wanted to try out and explore different restaurants --- it's because I wanted to discover new places and try out different cuisines. And Chateau Hestia Garden Restaurant in Tagaytay is by far my favorite restaurant which I've discovered because of the vibe and the dining experience. Although it was pretty hard to locate their restaurant, the place is worth it! I've always liked restaurants which we can dine in and I could take my outfit photos and for some reason, Chateau Hestia is perfect for that.

S tarting this summer 2017 with a staycation post from my birthday celebration with my family! This place is just an hour from where I live and is a secret destination to most of us. It's called "Hacienda Isabella" and was built as well as designed by one of Philippine's famous singer --- Kuh Ledesma. It is located at Indang, Cavite and to be honest, finding this beautiful place is a bit hard but with a help from an app called "Waze" we managed to find it.

I 've always liked to try out and explore new activities, restaurants or cafes and I usually find them an hour away from my home but it's not really ideal to go randomly on those places anytime I want because, well there's traffic everywhere... it will feel like years of being on the car before you'll get to sip a cup of coffee or eat a tasty pasta.

I t's been a long time ever since I featured a "must visit" place here in Cavite so, this summer vacation I'm trying my best to go out and explore more places (but really, they're more like restaurants) and feature here on my blog. Easy to tell, hard to do especially with this kind of heat! I think the best way to beat the heat is to chill at places like Dreamland Arts & Crafts Cafe . My inner Vanessa Hudgens is jumping up and down with joy when I entered the cafe ---- a bohemian themed cafe in the middle of the city. Imagine being surrounded with a lot of dreamcatchers and everything that you can incorporate with "Coachella". There's even a small shop where you can find anything boho!

T his post has been long overdue! If this was a school project, I'd probably end up in the principal's office for submitting it a semester after it was requested by the teacher. Hahaha! And because photos from Flipeatburger has been on my newsfeed all week, I figured I should publish this post by now. I've been recommending Flipeatburger to my friends ever since I had a chance to visit them at their Kawit branch a year ago (see the post here) but because they live a bit far from that branch, they never got the chance to taste one of the best burgers in town -- until that day I figured I should bring a couple of them to the nearest and newest branch of Flipeatburger in Imus.

S traight from my night shift and before my flight to Singapore, I spent the whole day at a nail salon and day spa, just 10 minutes away from my home. I usually don't go to places like these because I prefer home service but visiting a dainty and cute nail salon like Nailtensity is an exception. Located in Robinson's place Imus, it's one of those shop that will catch every girl's eye because of the pastel colors and that huge Audrey Hepburn photo with a quote on the side which by the way, will make you stop and read (based on my experience!). 

R emember my staycation at Wilson's Place Tagaytay? Well, here's (somewhat) a continuation of it! This place is also owned by the same family who owns Wilson's Place and you'll get  to enjoy a day tour at Yoki's Farm (for walk-in visitors, entrance fee is Php 100.00/person). There will be a tour guide to show you around the place of the hydroponics farm where they get their supplies of fresh vegetables served in their B&B place (they are also on sale so, you can prepare your own fresh homade salad!), the garden full of different orchids, the mini zoo which features some amazing birds that according to our tour guide costs hundreds of pesos and lastly, the huge collection of antiques by the owner.

A s promised, here is a special post from last month's staycation at Wilson's Place Tagaytay . I couldn't think of a better way to welcome summer than staying overnight in a comfy bed in a bed and breakfast place and floating around on a donut inflatable in a huge pool the whole sunny day and being far away from the busy city is just a plus. The whole place is absolutely filled with a lot of unique things, there are sculptures everywhere (proof is on this post) , the main reception/dining area is colorful like springtime (check out my other post for that) , there are different chairs in each table and matches very well together with the whole room's design in a very unique way. To be honest, I almost wanted to take home one of their chairs! It was pretty amazing knowing that we were the only ones who were checked in that day. H ere's another unique place to eat out in the South! Located just a few minutes away from house, a dainty cafe called Beantage Cafe was brought to life by an amazing couple named Lovely and Andrew. I knew Ate Lovely from high school and when I discovered that she's opening a cafe, I automatically wanted to stop doing all of my school works, invite a friend and try out their menu. Well, I finally did! Last weekend, I invited my friend (Jen) to hang out with me at Beantage Cafe and it's more than what I expected! From the interesting quotes on the wall to the wooden benches and great food, t's definitely a great place to hang out with your friends and family.

I am finally back from the sudden hiatus because of my finals but it's almost over now and I finally got some time to eat out and take photos for my blog! Over the past few weeks, I have been constantly bugging my friends to have some legit burger (by legit, I mean... not from McDonalds or any fast-food) and then I found out about a restaurant called "Flip Eat Burger" which is a bit near from my house. Thus, I am here to make you hungry by posting these fries and burger photos! (From top-bottom) We ordered the Tapa Burger, BLT, Flip Eat Burger, Hawaiian (which is my fave of all!) and Flip Eat fries. I absolutely love everything and didn't even managed to use knives and forks because of our excitement and well, it's better to eat burgers with your hands hahaha! Although, I was expecting the fries to be sort of like In N' Out's but still... I would definitely suggest everyone to go try Flip Eat Burger.
