Hacienda Isabella in Indang, Cavite
Starting this summer 2017 with a staycation post from my birthday celebration with my family! This place is just an hour from where I live and is a secret destination to most of us. It's called "Hacienda Isabella" and was built as well as designed by one of Philippine's famous singer --- Kuh Ledesma. It is located at Indang, Cavite and to be honest, finding this beautiful place is a bit hard but with a help from an app called "Waze" we managed to find it.
What we love most about this place is that it's almost private and every corner is just instagram-worthy! The interior and architectural design is Filipino-inspired and you can roam around the area freely taking photos everywhere and spotting antique items from old trunks to vintage cameras. Apart from that, it's also a pet-friendly resort! The main reason on why we booked this place is that we always bring along with us our 5 year old shitzu whenever we go out of town.
Our room is right across the swimming pool (see first photo), it's equipped with an airconditioning unit, a separated shower and toilet area (towels are provided). Take note that there is no phone line or wifi in the room and mobile signal is a bit weak. It's almost as if you're on taking a break from the outside world.
Our stay also includes a sumptuous Filipino breakfast for four on their beautiful lobby, complete with Kapeng Barako and pandesal. It almost feels like being transported on a different era! Of course, what's the best thing to do before eating? ~*Flatlay*~ goals everyone! Our food went literally from freshly cooked meal to "this was served 20 minutes ago" meal because we were taking too many photos.
